New Bentonville home features family-friendly floor plan

Located within walking distance of Central Park El- ementary, 5302 SW Lavender St. in Bentonville is a new home that emphasizes quality extras and a spa- cious floor plan.
Exclusively marketed by Weichert Realtors-The Griffin Company for $281,000, the 2,780-square-foot home in Central Park, a Buffington Homes of Arkansas community, has four bedrooms, two full baths, two half baths and a bonus room.
