New Angel Falls home emphasizes both efficiency and luxury

Located in Bentonville’s new Angel Falls subdivision, 1107 NW Angel Falls Road pairs luxurious extras with the practical benefits of energy efficiency.

Listed by Katie Voldeng of Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney and Faucette for $327,720, the 2,731-square-foot home was built by Cornerstone Construction, which is known for its emphasis on energy efficiency. It has four bed- rooms, two full baths and a half bath.

From the airy foyer, the open floor plan spreads out through two wide archways. To one side, the formal dining room sits under a double-tray ceiling and includes an alcove filled with a built-in sideboard with display space, cabinets and a serving area.
