Bentonville homes offer prime location, quality construction

Grace subdivision in Bentonville currently offers four new homes available for immediate occupancy, all convenient to downtown Bentonville.
Lots are also available for those who prefer to build from the ground up in this quiet neighborhood near Elm Tree and Springhill schools.
Built by Walker & Associates and listed by Sean Morris, these homes are available in three floor plans of 1,600-1,709 square feet of living space. Prices begin at $149,900 and include an extensive list of amenities. All homes are on large lots with fully sodded lawns and basic landscaping.
One home that was recently open for tour offered a tile entryway leading into a large family room, complete with gas-log fireplace, 9-foot ceilings and a mantel alcove perfect for a flat-screen TV.
As with all Grace subdivision homes, the kitchen featured a full appliance package, including refrigerator.
The display home also featured a split floor plan with the master suite, plus laundry room and ample closet space on one side of the home, with the two additional bedrooms and bath with tub/shower combination on the other.

To reach Grace subdivision, take exit 86 off Interstate 540 and head west on SW 14th Street/Arkansas 102. Turn right on Elm Tree Road, then left on Elm Manor.
