Towering over the heart of Fayetteville’s entertainment district, The Dickson blends luxury condominiums and commercial space in a nine-story development.

Located at 609 W. Dickson St. and listed by Sheree Alt and Randy Werner of Downtown Properties Real Estate Group, The Dickson offers residential condos that range from 522-square-foot studios to two-bedroom layouts with more than 2,000 square feet. Prices start at $172,640, and a financing package is available.
Common elements for all the units include impressive views from balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows, stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, hardwood floors and carpeted bedrooms.
Beyond those basics, three divergent interior finishes are available.
The Metropolitan package emphasizes clean lines, minimal trim, slab-door cabinetry with dark espresso-colored finishes and brushed-silver hardware, and a kitchen backsplash comprised of large tile.
The Urban option projects an industrial feel and features maple cabinetry with brushed-metal inserts, open kitchen shelving and a brick kitchen backsplash. The Traditional style features crown molding, painted wood cabinetry with raised panels, substantial door casings and baseboards, and a backsplash of diagonal tile.
A handful of units are available for custom designing, and there are also five fully furnished, extended-stay suites available for lease.
Other benefits for all residents are reserved parking in the secure enclosed garage, security cameras and membership to the nearby ClubHaus Fitness. A future amenity for residents will be an outdoor recreation terrace off the fifth floor and atop the parking garage. It will feature partially canopied deck space with lounge seating, along with a hot tub, barbecue area, bocce court, putting green and shuffleboard.
In addition to the outdoor terrace, plans also include an upscale boutique hotel with 16 suites on the third floor. The first two stories will remain devoted to commercial and retail spaces and will include a live-music lounge that is set to open in February.
Formerly known as Underwood Plaza and now under the ownership of Old Buildings LLC, The Dickson stands one block east of the University of Arkansas and one block west of the Walton Arts Center.
Private showings can be arranged by contacting Sheree Alt or Randy Werner of Downtown Properties Real Es- tate Group at (479) 443-1313. The sales office for The Dickson is located on its second floor and is open Monday-Friday.
